"Choosing" to live happily via development of healthy habits and having opportunity to encourage others to do so, is reason for being involved in the mission of The Fitness Dream Team. Being a Marine wife, mother of 4, fitness instructor/trainer for the United States Marine Corps, and fellow fitness competitor are all components of my overall health and happiness. Exposure to a healthy lifestyle via physical activity was instilled in me having grown up in an athletic family with a teacher/coach for a father. I love having the privilege of assisting others in developing healthy habits while achieving personal fitness. I believe daring to dream through setting and achieving goals is entirely possible with a lot of heart and dedication. Challenging life circumstances and adversity are not excuses, but rather opportunities to grow stronger. My passion lies in living a Christian focused life, thereby utilizing any God given gifts to touch others lives in the same positive way mine has been impacted by great people and mentors.
