Name Darla Benfield State CA Website http://fitness-4-you.com Bio Darla is an International Fitness Trainer, AFAA and WTF certified, owner of her own business Fitness-4-You for 15 years, and holds degrees in Biological Science and Natural Life Science. She is also a 3 time fitness competitor and Galaxy finalist. Darla is a published fitness model and has appeared in several publications and a recent book. She believes in walking the talk as a trainer, and in competition has been called the “Den Mother” of her Fitness-4-You team. Darla has successfully prepared competitors for the WTF competition and enjoys bringing her team to the event. She has been involved with the WTF organization for 5 years. Darla is the proud mother of 2 wonderful children, 17-year old son Eli and 14-year old daughter Hope. When Darla is not training, she loves to spend time with her children, family and friends. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors for a nice hike or a full weekend of camping.
