MESSAGE from the FDT PRESIDENT

The Fitness Dream Team is a newly formed organization composed of women from all walks of life who have previously participated and/or want to be involved with fitness competition(s), and who believe in living life for the health of it. We welcome athletes from all over the world that care to come together to have fun while helping one another to excel in any and all endeavors. If you're that woman then I urge you to join our team in establishing a highly spirited camaraderie, embracing power and strength from a unified front, sharing ideas and making dreams come true.
